BEWARE: Crest Whitening Toothpaste!!

Ok guys I have some must-know advice for you.

So for a while now I have been using Crest's Whitening Toothpaste called 3D whitening. It looks like this: 

I loved it because you could instantly see a difference in the colour of your teeth and I have a big thing about teeth. I don't know why I'm so obsessed with teeth but it's the first thing I notice about someone haha.

POINT: 

About two weeks ago my gums started to really bug me. Every time I would brush they would really ache! So when I went for a check up with my orthadontist I asked her if it may be my night gard. 

YAYAYA I wear a night gard hahahaha. I HAVE TO...I grind my teeth when I sleep so a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do. #JustLoveMe haha

Back to the point: 

She started checking my gums and then she asked me what toothpaste I use and I said Crest whitening. 

Then the whole dentistry office laughed and said "There you go!!" haha 

Before this day I had heard about whitening being bad before but I thought it was just when you use those knock-off brands. 

I didn't think that Crest, being such a reputable company, would sell a product that would be so harmful!! My whole life I've used Crest :( I'm extremely sad now. 

My Ortho gave me Colgate's Sensitive Pro Relief and a after a day my gums stopped hurting. 

I'm glad I found the reason but I am so sad that I have to give up my pearly whites.
