Hi Everyone!! As you may or may not know, I have recently pledged an oath to change my bod. Not that I think I'm terribly big I just want to be as healthy and as fit as I can be. In order to keep myself in the routine, I have started this Vlog series where everyday after my workout I make a video on my progress.
During this process I made another promise to wipe out all junk food/sugar from my life.
